Carol Dekkers is a part time consultant and instructor for QSM, Inc. and also the president of Quality Plus Technologies, Inc., both which provide consulting services to clients who want to maximize the success of their information technology projects. Carol’s experiences as a project management professional (PMP), a professional engineer (Canada), and an IT practitioner provide her with a rich background for presentations which she has delivered in over 30 countries. She has received numerous awards including being named by ASQ's Quality Progress as one of the 21 New Faces of Quality for the 21st Century in 2000. Ms. Dekkers has been a member of the US delegation to ISO software engineering standards since 1994, and is highly regarded for her leadership in the areas of software metrics and quality.
